In the figure below, it is possible to find a representation of the acceleration and
deceleration ramps in the space for changing speed:
Parameter 26
– SETTING OF ACCELERATION TIME
With this parameter it is possible to set the duration of the acceleration ramp, used to
move the axis. The value is expressed in seconds.
The acceleration ramp starts from the output voltage value of 0 V, up to the voltage value
corresponding to the axis movement at high speed (see parameter 23).
Example of value setting = 0.60 seconds

– SETTING OF DECELERATION TIME
With this parameter it is possible to set the duration of the deceleration ramp, used to
move the axis. The value is expressed in seconds.
The deceleration ramp starts from the output voltage value corresponding to the axis
movement at high speed, up to the voltage value corresponding to the axis movement at
low speed (see parameter 22). The final positioning will be executed at low speed.
