We take pride in designing our equipment as reliable as possible. Occasionally though a problem does arise. Please make

an attempt to follow the section on troubleshooting before calling to order parts. Writing down the information derived

from using these test procedures will assist us in providing quicker and more accurate assistance. Please have the equip

ment model number available before you contact us. Equipment Model Number: GP-PL-70.

Our office hours are 8am-6pm EST/EDT, Monday through Thursday and 8am-5pm EST/EDT on Friday. We honor most

major national holidays and our facility will be closed every Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day.

As standard business practice, we expect all orders to be faxed and then followed up by an original copy sent by mail.

Our fax number is (317) 543-3289 and is always ready to receive your order anytime of the day or night.

If the part is covered (see terms of the warranty agreement) then prior to sending the part back, contact us for a return

authorization number. Under the terms of the warranty, you must return the broken part to our factory

prepaid

, then we

will supply back to you a fully warranted replacement part at no additional cost.

Supplies, Media & Tips

The media that we offer has a typical chemical analysis of 99.55% Aluminum Oxide and is inert to the skin. The crystal

lography shows crystallized alpha alumina and this material has an amphoteric chemical nature. It is guaranteed to be

the finest product of its kind sold anywhere. Each particle is rough, blocky and manufactured in a way that produces very

sharp edges. It is this physical structure that provide such improved performance when the equipment is used properly

during microdermabrasion. Additional supplies are available from your dealer.
