Dry Steps
25. Switch the process control dial to
Dry

26. When the solvent stops dripping from the SPE cartridges, wait an
additional 10 seconds, and then switch the process control dial to
SPE

Elution Steps
28. Follow the instructions to

29. Pipette the appropriate volume of eluent into each available
SPE cartridge.
30. Switch the SPE control dial to
Low Flow

31. Turn the low flow adjustment knob clockwise until the desired flow rate
is achieved.
32. When the eluate stops dripping from the SPE cartridges, turn the
SPE control dial to
Off
.
33. Repeat steps 28 through 32 for the appropriate number of elution steps.
34. If needed, add additional dry steps.
