The default connection name is Anemometer 1, it can be re-named if required.
Select the Output Format to match the Sensor format i.e. the WindObserver default format
is Gill Polar (2 axis).
If the WindObserver were set for UV or NMEA output then choose the appropriate format
setting from the drop down menu.
From the Port drop down menu select the PC COM Port to which the WindObserver is
connected to e.g. COM 9.
Select the Baud rate setting from the drop down menu to match that of the Windobserver,
the WindObserver default baud rate is 9600 baud.
Leave Parity setting at None.
Click on Connect.
