Item Description Function
1 Drain Valve Handle
Actuates the vat Drain Valve. Always ensure the Handle is closed
and locked prior to adding water. The unit will not heat if this
Drain Valve Handle is not completely closed and locked.
THIS VAT DOES NOT DRAIN INTO THE FILTER PAN. NEVER OPEN
THE DRAIN UNLESS AND APPROPRIATE CATCH CONTAINER IS IN
PLACE UNDER THE DRAIN TUBE.

Drains water from the BIB vat into an appropriate catch container
for disposal.

Always use Oven Mitts when operating these parts ... they can become very hot during normal use.
