General information
The engine is turned off and stopped by releasing a lever on the lawnmower. The cable acts on a lever
which simultaneously activates a microswitch that sends the coil to earth as well as a brake which acts
on the flywheel.
The brake must be able to stop the engine within 3 seconds after it is turned off.
To solve problems in the system for turning off and stopping the engine, see the relevant chapter
To get access to the system for turning off and stopping the engine, remove the starter assembly and the
fan.
