8.1.3 Replacing track rollers

Remove the roller carriage (3), see Chapter 8.1.2.

Screw the pivots (1) of the track rollers off.
X
Screw the screw (2) off.
X
Exchange the track roller (4) (torque 20 Nm).
X
Reinstall roller carriage in reverse order.
8.1.4 Replacing brushes

Secure moving leaf against falling.
X
Unhook the moving leaf if necessary and tilt it as described
in Chapter 8.1.2.
X
Pull brushes (3) out of pulley holder (1).
X
Clean rollers (2) and insert new brushes.
X
Hook the moving leaf in again and adjust it.
X
Adjust the counter roller (see Chapter 5.4.5).
