30 minute slot during which the device will be switched ON. Each raised segment
corresponds to a 30-minute slot during which the device will be switched OFF. To set the
current time, turn the dial in a clockwise direction until the arrow points to the required
time
(fi g. C)
.
Plug the time switch into a mains socket and plug your device into the time switch
socket. Check whether your device features an ON/OFF switch and if so, switch it on.

Safety information
All warranty claims will be null and void in the event of any damage or loss caused
by failure to observe these operating instructions. We accept no liability for any
consequential losses or damage. We accept no liability for any personal injury or
material damage caused by improper use or by failure to observe the safety
advice. In these cases the guarantee and warranty are invalidated. For safety and
authorisation purposes it is not permitted to carry out any adaptation or conversion of
the device.
The time switch must only be plugged into sockets equipped with a ground conductor.
To disable the time switch, remove it from the socket. Ensure that the socket can be
accessed at all times.
Do not plug several of these devices into the same socket. Unplug to disconnect the
power supply.
Operation method
The time switch features a 24-hour revolving dial. The time can be set or read by referring
to the number indicated by the printed arrow. When the time switch is plugged into the
mains socket, the dial takes 24 hours to make a complete turn. The dial will stop moving in
the event of a power failure or if the time switch is removed from the socket.
The outer edge of the dial features a ring divided into segments. When a pressed-in
segment reaches the arrow, the connected device will be switched on. Each switching
operation will be repeated every 24 hours.
Operation
Make sure that none of the switching segments are pressed in
(fi g. A)
. To set a time for
the device to be switched on, press in one or more switching elements corresponding
to the required switching time
(fi g. B).
Each pressed-in segment corresponds to a
