To search by user name
The following describes the procedure for searching a stored document from the
user name.
A
Press the

Document Server
}
key.

Press
[
Search by User Name
]
.

To specify a registered user name, select the user name from the displayed
list, and then press
[
OK
]
.
To specify an unregistered user name, follow the procedure below.

To specify an unregistered user name, press
[
Non-programmed Name
]
. Enter a
user name, and then press
[
OK
]
.

Press
[
OK
]
.
Only files beginning with the name entered appear in the Select Files to Print
display.
