Subject of the present declaration are compliant to the following essential safety requirements of 2006/42/CE directive:
- from 1.1.2 to 1.1.5 - from 1.5.4 to 1.5.6
- from 1.2.5 to 1.3.1 - from 1.5.8 to 1.5.9
- 1.3.4 - 1.5.13
- 1.3.6 - 1.6.1
- 1.3.8.1 - from 1.6.4 to 1.7.4.3
- 1.4.1
And the technical paper accordingly has been drafted in compliance to the VII B annex and to the national regulation of
implementation of the Machinery Directive:

• The relevant technical paper has been drafted is kept at Gerardi S.p.A. premises in the seat located in via Giovanni XXIII, 101 – 2015

• We undertake to provide, as a reply to a specific and justified requirement of the national authorities, information referring to the
partly completed machinery. Such a commitment includes the transmission mode and keeps unaffected any right of intellectual
property of the partly completed machinery manufacturer.
• The partly completed machinery angle heads can’t be started until the machine to which they are applied isn’t declared compliant to
the present directive and any further applicable directive.
