Paper Jams

Squeeze the tabs on the top rear of the printer and pull the rear cover toward you to open it.

If there is paper jammed in the space behind the rear cover, remove it.
4.
If you are using the duplexer, push the green tabs toward the center of the duplexer and pull
the duplexer toward you to remove it.
CAUTION: To remove the paper jammed near the fuser, turn the printer off and wait at least
10 minutes to allow the fuser to cool before removing the paper.
