4.4 Installing the Manual Pan-Tilt Head Mount

1. Remove the six hex-head screws and flat washers (Items 1 and 2) from the Side Support
Plate (Item 4) on the bottom of the LRAD head unit.
2. With the handle facing the rear of the unit, align the holes of the Pan-Tilt Head (Item 3) with
the holes of the Side Support Plate (Item 4) and then attach using the hardware removed
during step 1.
NOTE: The Sideplate is tapered to match the slope of the side of the LRAD. Ensure that the
arrow marked “F” that is engraved on the Sideplate is pointing toward the front of the LRAD
when installing.
