WARRANTY
RETURN PROCEDURE
All requests for authorization to return merchandise must follow Geith policy:
1. Written authorization must be obtained before returning any material to the factory. A return authorization form will be
forwarded to be completed and included with the return merchandise. Merchandise returned without authorization
from Geith will be returned to the sender freight collect.
2. The original purchase date of the subject merchandise must be within one year of the request to return.
3. The following information must be completed on the written return authorization form supplied by Geith:
a. Geith invoice number(s).
b. Original date of purchase for each item.
c. Geith part number(s).
d. Quantity of each part to be returned.
e. Reason for the request return of each item.
4. All merchandise returns must be shipped to Geith by Geith’s inbound freight provider (Geith will arrange it for you).
Merchandise shipped collect will be refused.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE REQUIREMENTS
Merchandise to be returned must meet the following requirements:
1. Original and unused condition.
2. In proper saleable condition. Merchandise requiring refurbishing or with custom engraved security markings is subject
to applicable re-manufacturing charges above normal re-stocking charges. Such charges are at the sole discretion of
Geith.
3. Merchandise must be of current product design. Obsolete and/or discontinued merchandise will not be accepted.
4. Merchandise that has been modified from the original factory condition will not be accepted.
CUSTOM PRODUCED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Merchandise designed and manufactured to special customer specifications cannot be returned.
WARRANTY RETURN PROCEDURE
Notify the factory regarding the return of any merchandise for warranty consideration. A merchandise return authorization
form will be forwarded to be completed and included with the merchandise shipment. Geith reserves the right to determine
if the merchandise for warranty consideration shall be inspected in the field by its authorized representative or directly
returned to the factory for inspection. Merchandise returned to the factory must be shipped prepaid by the least expensive
method. For assistance in returning merchandise for warranty consideration, please contact the Customer Service
Department.
