OPERATION
NOTE: After operating pressure has been achieved in
the quick coupler system, all 4 buttons on the
control box will illuminate and the alarm tone
will become constant.

When the quick coupler sliding hook (5) is fully open,
reposition the quick coupler to the open digging position
and lower the fixed hook (6) of the quick coupler down
onto the front pin (7)

of the attachment.
NOTE: Images shown installing a bucket, the
procedure is the same for installing other
attachments.
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
Keep attachment close to ground during engaging or
releasing attachment. Attachment can fall off without
warning if not FULLY ENGAGED AND LOCKED
causing death or serious injury.

Crowd the quick coupler around until the quick coupler
contacts the attachment rear pin and raise the
attachment off the ground while continuing to crowd the
quick coupler fully inwards

With the quick coupler crowded fully, press the LOCK
button (1)

on the control box.
NOTE: When LOCK button (1) [Figure 16] is pressed,
all lights and alarm will shut off.

Continue to crowd the quick coupler fully for ten seconds
or until locking clasp (2) and sliding hook (3)
[Figure 17]
are fully engaged.
Install attachment hydraulic hoses (if equipped). See
Attachment Hydraulic Hose Installation (if equipped) on
Page 3-9
Perform operational check on the quick coupler. See
Quick Coupler Operation Check on Page 3-9.
