Earthing between the STF or EBF Stands and the FH or FHP Enclosure
An earth bonding lead is pre-installed in the enclosure and connected to the main bonding
stud. The other end of this earth lead is for connection to the M6 x 20 self tapping bolt inside
the STF or EBF stand that locks the MB coupling in place. See drawing 10100251 and the
following pictures for details.

3. Installing the local area Components

Install the Rack 84-2 19“ sub rack into your 19“ rack cabinet or place the Rack 42-
2 desktop rack on a suitable surface.

Connect the VGA, Keyboard and Mouse cable (supplied) to the respective PC
ports and to respective connectors (marked IN) on the left hand side of the front
panel of the TCV2

The connectors (Marked OUT) on the right hand side of the TCV2 front panel are
for connection of a local Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse.

Connect the power supply using the mains cable provided to the socket on the
back of the Rack 84-2 or Rack 42-2 rack to the PSU2 supply. The LED on the front
of the PSU2 card will then light up.

Terminate the data cable to the 10 pole phoenix connector supplied and plug
into the socket on the back of the Rack 84-2 or Rack 42-2 rack
