To replace the heater, proceed as follows:
Pressure
switch
Heating
element
nuts
High-limit
sensor nuts
& plate
Heater
nut

1• Disconnect the two wires at the top
of the pressure switch, then unscrew
and remove the switch.
Note: Before proceeding, make sure all power input wires are disconnected
and spa valves are closed!
2• Loosen the two wing nuts that hold
the plate of the high-limit sensor and
remove the sensor.
HOW TO Replace the Heater
Before you replace the board, make sure the equipment is powered off!
