Juice control area
The left hand side of the production display is the juice
control area. This is where the actual and target juice
temperatures are displayed. The target juice temperature
can be set to the desired value using the arrow keys below.
The juice pump control display is located in the middle.
When the juice pump is switched on, the circular display is
yellow, whereas it is grey when switched off. If the juice
pump is paused, the display flashes.
Water control area
The right hand side of the production display is the water
control area. The actual and target water temperatures are
displayed here. The target water temperature can be set
using the arrow keys below. It is recommended to set the
target water temperature

–
5°C higher than the desired
juice temperature.
The control displays for the water pump and two-stage
burner (stage 1 left, stage 2 right) are situated below this.
The controls are yellow when switched on. When the
“Flame monitoring” fault is displayed, the red
-coloured
button is used to acknowledge it.
Operator display
The operator display only appears during production mode.
The production display changes automatically to the
operator display after a set (adjustable) period of time if the
display has not been altered or touched. The operator
display shows the actual temperatures in large font for
production monitoring purposes. As soon as the operator
display (16) is touched, the screen returns to the production
display.
Cleaning mode
In cleaning mode, the juice pump and water pump can be
switched on and off independently for the purposes of
cleaning and maintenance. The heating can be switched on
and a separate target water temperature set for cleaning.
