Fault Cause Actions
The pressing tool cannot be
started and no LED lights up Rechargeable battery is
defective Have the rechargeable battery checked by a skilled
person and replace it if necessary.
Rechargeable battery is not
inserted Insert the rechargeable battery.
Green LED flashes Rechargeable battery not
charged up sufficiently Charge or replace the rechargeable battery.
Fault Cause Actions
Pressing tool stops and no LED
lights up Rechargeable battery is
defective - Release the start button.
- Replace the rechargeable battery and have it
checked by a skilled person.
- Press the unlocking button: roller drive moves to its
starting position.
- Repeat the pressing operation.
Red and green LED flash
alternately Maintenance interval has
been reached Send the pressing tool to an authorized repair shop for
checking.
Fault Cause Actions
Red LED lights up A device failure has
occurred - Press the start button.
- If this is not successful, the pressing tool is
defective. Send the pressing tool to a service centre
for checking.
- Check the pressing and repeat if necessary.
Red LED flashes Incorrect or faulty
rechargeable battery
inserted Replace the rechargeable battery.
Operating temperature of
the rechargeable battery
has been exceeded or not
attained Observe the operating temperature of the rechargeable
battery.
Green LED flashes Rechargeable battery not
charged up sufficiently Charge or replace the rechargeable battery.
