3. Enter the web browser and type in the new IP address of
the camera.
4. At the password prompt, use
admin
for the user ID and
admin
for the password (you can add users and change
passwords at any time).
5. Click on the
Configure
link on the main menu
6. Click the
Camera MPEG Settings
link in the
Configurations menu.
7. On this menu, look for the
Video Format
drop down
menu and change it from NTSC to PAL.
8. Click the
Save
button
9. You will now be able to view video from the BNC out
connector on a PAL monitor, as well as operate the
On
Screen Display
features of the camera.
