The Start Lockout condition is present until the end of the

Time Between Starts  

Immediately following a start there is a start inhibit as soon as the interrupting device is opened. This 
is for a period equal to the remaining time of the Time between start settings.  

The Start Lockout  condition  (

) is present until the end of the greater time delay 

between the Inhibit Start Time and the Time Between Start.
