PACSystems RX3i Genius Communications Gateway

Configuring the Genius Gateway to Operate with the RX3i
CPU

Start the PME application, then open or create the project which contains the GCG001 module.

Configuring the rack, power supply, CPU and PROFINET Controller in the Project tab of the
Navigator

Follow the instructions in the

PACSystems RX3i & RSTi-EP PROFINET I/O Controller Manual

GFK-2571, for adding devices to the PROFINET IO Network. The GCG001 will be one of those
devices.

Note that each IO Device connected to the GCG001 will be mapped per the RX3i PROFINET
Controller configuration.
