ONE
The ringers for all 4 lines can be set independent of one another.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to
SET PHONE OPTIONS
.
3. Press the SELECT button.
4. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to SET RING TONE .
5. Press the SELECT button. The ring tone settings for the four lines show in the display.
6. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll through the options. A sample ring tone is generated when
you point to individual options.
7. Press the SELECT button to confirm. The cursor in the display automatically moves to next line .
NOTE: If the Ringer Tone is turned OFF (in the display), the cursor in the display automatically moves to the CID ON/OFF
option. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to select CID ON or OFF. (The ON setting allows the unit to detect and
display CID records for the corresponding line. The OFF setting disables the CID function for a particular line.) Press the
SELECT button to confirm. The cursor in the display automatically moves to the next line.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each telephone line.
9. When finished, press the EXIT button.
NOTE: You may press the EXIT button at any time to exit.
NOTE: The line indicators continue to flash for incoming calls even if the ringer is disabled.

ONTRAST
The display contrast can be set to one of its four contrast levels.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to
SET LCD CONTRAST
.
3. Press the SELECT button. The contrast scale shows on the display.
4. Use REVIEW up or down arrow button to adjust the contrast level.
5. Press the SELECT button to confirm.
NOTE: You may press the EXIT button at any time to exit.

1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to SET LANGUAGE .
3. Press the SELECT button.
4. Press the REVIEW up or down arrow button to select from English , Espanol or Francais .
5. Press the SELECT button to confirm.
NOTE: You may press the EXIT button at any time to exit.
