PULL ROLL CLUTCH PRESSURE
DISPLAY - Measures and displays the air
pressure driving the pull roll clutch, which sets
web tension.
2.
PULL ROLL UP/DOWN - Sets the pull roll to
the up (load) or down (operate) position.
3.
FOOTSWITCH/CONTINUOUS RUN -
Changes control of the machine drive from the
footswitch to continuous run.
4.
PULL ROLL PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT-
Varies the air pressure fed to the cylinders that
drive the pull roll down.
5.
PULL ROLL PRESSURE GAUGE -
Measures and displays the air pressure pushing
the pull roll down.
6.
CLUTCH PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT -
Adjusts the clutch pressure from zero to
maximum as the control is turned clockwise.
