3.5 FILLING THE AIR RESERVOIR

Code Blue III Newborn's pulses and breathing with chest rise are driven by pressurized air held in the system's
internal reservoir. It is necessary to manually fill the internal reservoir with the provided squeeze bulb.
•
After filling the air reservoir and activating features that consume air, it
may be necessary to refill the system during exercises.
NOTE: It is recommended to put the simulator in an ECG rhythm of
ventricular fibrillation prior to filling the air reservoir.
1.
Click the "Vitals" tab.
2.
Click "Cardiac Rhythm."
3.
Select an ECG rhythm of ventricular fibrillation
and click "Apply Now" in the OMNI 2 software.
