12 | Initial Setup

3.3 CHARGE BATTERY

The Code Blue III Newborn is equipped with a built - in rechargeable battery.

1.

Identify the Code Blue III Newborn's charger.

2.

Plug the charger into the charing port
located on the right side of the simulator.

3.

Allow the simulator's battery to charge
until the LED light indicator turns green.

NOTE: It approximately takes 2 hours
to fully charge the simulator.

CAUTION: Do not store the simulator with a discharged battery. It is good practice to
recharge the battery at the end of every simulation session. In addition, make sure the battery
is recharged at least once every 2 months even if the simulator is not being used.
