DISASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
1. Always switch OFF (press the START/STOP
button) and unplug the appliance after proces-
sing your food and before disassembling,
moving, and cleaning.
2. Remove the pulp container by tilting the
pulp container slightly and pull it away from
under the juicer cover (picture A).
3. Place both hands on either side of the safe-
ty locking arm and pull back and lift over the
grooves on either side of the juicer cover. (pic-
ture B). Move the safety locking arm down.
4. Lift the juicer cover (picture C).
WARNING – Risk of Injuries!
The filter
basket is placed within the filter surround and
contains super sharp blades. Do not touch the
blades! Only hold the filter basket at the rim
to avoid injuries and damage.
5. To remove the filter surround, hold the
motor base of the juicer and turn the filter sur-
round clockwise by the juice spout (picture D).
6. Lift off the filter surround with the filter bas-
ket laying only loosely in place (picture E).
7. To remove the filter basket, carefully turn
the filter surround upside down and remove
the filter basket. It is recommended to remove
the filter basket over the sink or a large bowl.
Note:
After removing the filter basket, you should soak the filter basket immediately in
warm dish water. This will ease cleaning.
