IGNITING THE PLATE BURNER (HOB)
To ignite the plate pilot flame, press the knob (Fig. 4) turning it to the left onto the ( ) symbol then press the ignition button
(T Fig. 3) to ignite the pilot flame. To extinguish the burners, turn the knob onto (
).
4.2
USING THE GAS OVEN
CAUTION:
Before using the electric grill and the oven for the first time, it is recommended to turn on the oven for approximately
20 minutes with the door open so as to eliminate any oily residues that could cause unpleasant smells during cooking.
USING THE THERMOSTAT KNOB
This makes it possible to select the most suitable temperature for the different requirements
of the foods to cook. By turning the knob anticlockwise you can select the temperature
as required between the min. (knob trips) and 260°C fig.17
USING AND IGNITING THE GAS OVEN SWITCHING ON THE OVEN
LIGHT
Press the button to switch on the light inside the oven.
IGNITION
The oven burner is ignited with the oven door wide open. If the door were partially
open, a safety device would stop the burner from automatically igniting.

OVEN
REPLACING OVEN INJECTORS
- Check that the oven is not connected to the electricity mains;
- Fully open the oven door;
- Take out the bottom (floor) of the oven (A-fig.);
- Take out the burner by unscrewing the fixing screws on the bottom (B-fig.);
- Unscrew the injector (C), with the aid of a 7 mm. socket wrench (D) and replace it with the one suited to the new type of gas
(see table);
- Fit it all back together in reverse order to the above sequence.
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the
machine indicating the new type of gas.
