Compass Page Options

Use the options menu to customize the Compass

Page. With the Compass Page open, press

MENU

. To

select an option, highlight it, and press

ENTER

The following options are available:

• Sight ‘N Go—

allows you to navigate to an

object within your sight by pointing the unit at it.

• Stop or Resume Navigation—

turns active

navigation for a route or a Go To on or off.

• Recalculate—

recalculates to path to a

destination.

• Course or Bearing Pointer—

toggles between

the course pointer and the bearing pointer.

• Data Fields

—allows you to select the number

of data ﬁelds that appear on the Compass Page.

• Change Data Fields

—allows you to select the

type of data you want to show in the data ﬁelds.

See page 93 for deﬁnitions of each option.

• Calibrate Compass—

accesses the Compass

Calibration Page for calibrating the compass.

• Restore Defaults—

returns to the factory

settings.

Sight ‘N Go Navigation

Sight ‘N Go allows you to set a course to a point you

can see in the distance.

To use Sight ‘N Go to navigate:

1. Press

MENU

to open the Compass Page

Options Menu.

2. Highlight

Sight ‘N Go

, and press

ENTER

start the Sight ‘N Go feature. The compass

ring with pointer is in-line with the two sighting

marks on the case (the top arrow of the

ROCKER
