5.3.2 Sizes from 35 to 126
Insert the sealing spacers 25B with the sealing piston rings as indicated at paragraph 5.4.
Insert the oil splash disks 23B onto the sealing spacers by means of a pipe as indicated in figure 31.

Mount the bearings 33 as indicated in the paragraph 5.5.3
Insert the bearing covers 35 with the original adjusting washer 304 in the original positions
Approach the bearing cover 35 fixing screws, but do not lock the covers against the washer 304
Mount the timing gear following the procedure of the paragraph 5.6
Insert two comparators onto the end of the shaft as indicated in figure 32 and adjust the dial to the 0 position

Lock the bearing covers 35, read onto the comparators the clearance rotor/cover 5B, if the value is not in the
range indicated in table 7.4 (possible when it has been changed at least one of the parts : spacers Pos.
25, rotors cover 5B) restore the correct value adjusting the washers thickness 304 as follow :

Clearance lower than the minimum value reduce the thickness of the washers 304

Clearance higher than the maximum value increase the thickness of the washer
304 Mount the gear side oil sump 12B with a new gasket 50
WARNING: Use the hoisting devices suitable to the weight of the oil sump (table 7.1).
Fix the oil sump with the screws 90
