4.
Assemble and disassemble the cutting head grass trimmer / nylon cutting
head (Fig. 8-9)
•
Release the nut:
Line up the two holes of flange and shield, use one screwdriver to hold the
flange as below and turn the socket wrench clockwise, the nut will be released.
•
Fit the Nylon cutting head:
Remove another shield after the nut has been released. While holding the flange,
take the Nylon cutting head on the shaft and rotate anti-clockwise, the Nylon cut-
ting head is fitted (Fig. 8-9).
•
Release the Nylon cutting head:
Use screwdriver to hold flange and then rotate the Nylon cutting head clock
-
wise, it will be released.
Brush cutter / Cutter blade
•
Fit the blade (Fig. 10-12).
Take the outer flange off after release the nut, then put the blade (18), out
-
er flange (18b), shield (18a) and nut according to priority as (Fig.12). Note the
blade rotation direction needs be same as below picture. Use screwdriver to
hold flange and tighten nut anti-clockwise (shown in Fig.11), ensure the nut is
tightened enough.

To remove the blade. Use a screwdriver driver or allen key to hold flange and
release nut, the blade can be removed.

ing materials in accordance with regulations.
5.
Fit the belt (Fig. 13-15)
•
The combined petrol grass trimmer, chain saw, brush cutter must be used with
the belt.
•
Balance the machine when the tool is switched off.
- Wear the belt.
- Adjust the belt length so that the snap hook (Fig. 15/K) is about a hand‘s
breadth below the right hip.
- Hang the petrol brush cutter on a hook.
- Hang the machine.
•
When standing in a normal working posture, the blade should touch the ground.
•
It is important that the petrol brush cutter is always well balanced.
