How to access a remote target via select keys:
1. Press the Target Select-Key modifier(s) that have been adjusted and the select key
assigned to the remote target (see Add, configuration and deletion of a remote target on
page 28 ff.).
Disconnecting a remote target
How to disconnect a remote target:
1. Start the local OSD with the Alt+Num hotkey (default).
2. Press the Ctrl+D key combination to disconnect the active connection to the
remote target.
Num: only numerical keys are interpreted as select keys when
pressed in combination with the select key modifier
Alph:
only alphabetic keys
are interpreted as select keys when
pressed in combination with the select key modifier
AlphNum: alphabetical and numerical keys are interpreted as select keys
when pressed in combination with the select key modi-
fier
IMPORTANT: Both the selected valid keys and the select key modifier are no
longer provided as key combinations to the operating system and the applica-
tions on the target computer.
EXAMPLE:
 Target Select-Key modifiers: Alt Gr+Shift
 Target Select key for Remote Target : S
Press Alt Gr+Shift and then the select key S . As soon the keys are released, the
switching to the remote target takes place.
