11.1 Technical Support and Spare Parts
For
your safety, it is recommended to replace worn or damaged parts with original spare parts only.
The requests for technical support and the requests for spare parts can be sent to the following:

Sales branches given in the User Manual
•
Our dealer
•
The Manufacturer via the email by using the web
site indicated in the ratting plate
In the request, please provide the following:
•
A description of the spare part and a photo, if possi-
ble
•
The model name
•
The unit’s serial number
•
The configuration number
•
The year of construction
All data is given on the ratting plate applied to each product (see further details in the User Manual, Chapter 3.1).
The following spare parts are available for a minimum of 8 years from the discontinuation of the unit’s production:
thermostats, starting relays, defrost heaters, temperature sensors, light sources, door handles and door hinges, knobs
and buttons, door gaskets and display decks.
11.2 Warranty
The faulty parts are covered by the warranty for a maximum of 12 months from the purchase date. The following parts
are not covered by the warranty: parts that normally deteriorate through unit use, wear or anomalous wear due to im-
proper use or unsuitable maintenance, damages due to tampering or interventions not authorized by the manufactur-
er.
