Getting familiar with the appliance
In this section we describe the control panel,
elements and displays.
These instructions apply to more than one cooktop,
your appliance might vary slightly.
Page 2 contains a list of models and dimensions.
Control panel
The Elements
Residual heat indicator
The cooktop has a residual heat indicator in each
cooking element, to indicate which elements are still
hot. You should avoid touching the cooking element
that shows this indication.
Even though the cooktop may be switched off, the

indicator will be turning and will stay lit while the
cooking element is hot.
When the pan is removed before turning off the
cooking element, the indicator and the selected heat
setting will appear alternating.
