Installation Safety Hazards and Notes
Use only the proper regulated DC voltage supplied to the FDP02TJ010.
Use of any other voltage m ay permanently damage the m odem and/or
cause the modem to malfunction and create a shock or fire hazard.
Be certain that all AC power outlets used the power adapters have been
properly installed, grounded, and fused.
An electrical s hock hazard
may exist if this unit is powered by a faulty power outlet or source.
If such a situation is dis covered, immediately discontinue use until the
power source and outlet have been properly installed, grounded, and
fused by an electrician or other authorized person.
Be sure to wire the power and Ethernet connections correctly. Incorrect
wiring can dam age the system , cause it to m alfunction and/or create a
shock and fire hazard.
Ensure that the FDP02TJ010 power a nd the power to the equipm ent to
be controlled are turned off befo re connecting or disconnecting the
cable between them.
This will help prevent accidental damage to the
system and unexpected operation and/or injury.
Be sure the FDP02TJ010 power, the power to the equi pment th at is
being connecting to it, and the DC power sou rce are all turned off
before wiring and connecting the power cable.
Be sure th at th e sup plied powe r is with in the spec ified r ange.
Voltages outside the specified range may damage the FDP02TJ010.
Be sure th at the po wer source has sufficient cu
rrent capacity .
Insufficient current may cause the unit to malfunction.
Securely attach the antenna
cable to the FDP02TJ010 and
equipment/power source to which it is connected.
Failure to do so
could cause an unexpected system failure.

is embeded into any products.
