Special Mixes "S-MIX" (DUAL ESC)
The
dial (digital trim) is used to select the drive type as shown in
the figure below.

(Front side travel adjustment)
Operate the (JOG) button up and down and select the set-
ting item "FRNT". Adjust the front side (2CH) travel with the (+)
or (-) button.

(Rear side travel adjustment)
Operate the (JOG) button up and down and select the set-
ting item "REAR". Adjust the rear side (4CH) travel with the (+)
or (-) button.

(Mix mode setting)
Operate the (JOG) button up and down and select the setting
item "MXMD". Set the mix mode with the (+) or (-) button.
"OFF"
:
The EXP function of the 2nd CH and other settings are not mixed.
"MIX" :The EXP function o the 2nd CH and other settings are mixed.

(Trim mode setup)
Select setup item "TRM" by (JOG) button up, down, left, or
right operation, and use the (+) or (-) button to select the
mixing mode.
"OFF"
:Trim of the 2nd CH is added.
"ON"
:Trim of the 2nd CH is removed.

To end setting, return to the opening screen by pressing the
(END) button three times (for direct selection, press the (END)
button once)

The function select dial function can control the 2nd CH ESC (Front side) rate (FRNT)
4th CH ESC (Rear side) rate (REAR) with digital dial or digital trim, using the func-
tion select dial function (p.98).
Dial / Trim Setting
As this function drives 2 separate motor controllers simultaneously, a mutual load is
applied. Use this function carefully so that the motor controllers are not damaged.
Futaba will not be responsible for motor controller, motor, and other vehicle trouble
due to use of this function.
