1. When a polling request call is received and the setting of POLLING CALL on
the system setup menu is OFF, the display changes as shown in the
illustration below and the audio alarm sounds.

CANCEL ALARM
2. Press the
CANCEL
key to silence the alarm. The display changes as below.

PRESS ENT TO ACK
3. To respond to the call, press the
ENT
key. The following pop-up window
appears.
ANSWER
NO ANSWER
4. Choose ANSWER by the
CH
knob and press the
CALL
key to send the
polling acknowledge call. Then the standby display appears.
To send no reply, choose NO ANSWER and press the
ENT
key twice to
return to the standby display.
