Using Your Mobilescape VX Terminal
To turn on the device you will need to press and hold the Green (Enter) button on the keypad for 5
seconds.
Select (touch) the Fundtech Icon to launch the application.
The other icons will not be used in your daily operations.
It may take up to 30 seconds for the device to establish a 3G connection after a restart. Before
attempting a transaction, please ensure you have a connection which is denoted by Signal Bars and the
3G icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Starting a Transaction
To initiate a SALE transaction, you may swipe a card at any time from the main menu. Any other
available transaction types will need to be initiated from the payments menu.
Follow the prompts through the workflow and ask the cardholder to sign the device. The workflow may
vary based on the device configuration.
All transactions and signatures will be stored in Mobilescape Manager and will be available for research.
