Pending Payments
If the terminal loses the cellular data connection after the authorization is complete, it will offer you a
choice to store the transaction offline for upload when the signal returns.
If you choose not to store the transaction, the terminal will return to the main menu and the payment
will be cancelled. If the signal indicator shows that the device is connected, you can try the transaction
again.
If you chose to store the transaction offline, the device will hold the
required information for later upload. A new icon will be displayed
on the main screen to denote how many stored transactions are
pending upload. Press (touch) the numeric icon to initiate the
upload.
Please Note that pending transactions carry the risk of being declined when the card holder is no
longer present. Always verify the final status of the transactions in the Accepted and Declined
reports.
