Updating the Mobilescape VX Terminal
There are two update scenarios in which you will update your Mobilescape VX terminal.
In the event you need to change your configuration, contact Fundtech support. Changes such as adding
or removing a transaction type or modifying entry field options would be updated in Mobilescape
Manager. Once completed, you will be requested to execute an Update Config on your device (through
the settings menu). This will download configuration attributes which will be immediately applied to
your device
If Fundtech creates a new version of the application you may be contacted with a request to download
and apply the new changes.

Access the About menu item to retrieve your Device ID

Select Update Assets in the Settings menu and enter your Device ID
The download will take approximately 1 minute and the device will reboot as it installs the update.
When launching the new application for the first time, the application will prompt for an update of the
device configuration. You will need to accept this prompt before you can accept further transactions.
Please ensure that you have signal bars and the 3G symbol prior to executing the update.
