The only positioning that matters in rotary mode is the X location. The Y position
does not matter. Click the eye and the rotary will turn and show the rastering. To
engrave a pattern evenly around a part, make sure the height of the drawing is equal
to the circumference of the part.

Appendix A. Rotary Attachment
Rotary Calibration
After Rotary mode is enabled the icon on the Muse Pandora will change from the walk icon to the
Z-Axis icon. Tapping on the icon switches the controls from Z-Axis to Rotary control. Hitting the
arrows now will turn the rotary. You can return to Z-Axis controls anytime by clicking the Rotary icon.
Make sure when using the friction-type rotary that the object placed on it is level for a proper engraving. In
rotary mode, engravings can only be made through rastering. In RE3 the rastering speed is what determines
how quickly the rotary turns. The distance that the rotary will engrave is dependent on the height of the image
that is being engraved. To engrave the entire circumference of the object then the height of the image should
be equal to the circumference of the cylindrical object.
