Cleaning the water pump (fig. 22 & 23)
Always remove the pump from the bracket before cleaning.
1.
Unscrew the suction cover (a) and
remove the pump from the bracket.
2.
Rotate the rotor cover (b) to remove.
3.
Use a small bristle brush and clean
water to remove any residue on the
suction cover (a), rotor cover (b) and
rotor (c).
4.
Reassemble the pump in reverse
order.

Cleaning
• Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt and dust
as far as possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with
compressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you have
finished using it.
• Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or
solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment.
• To maintain the life of the water pump, clean with fresh water after every use.
• Clean off any soiling on the water trough (14) and cooling water pump at regular
intervals, otherwise the diamond cutting disc (7) may not be cooled as required.
