Setup SNMP Agent
Click [Setup SNMP Agent] under the [Network Settings] menu on the [Global Settings] tab
in the ETERNUS Web GUI screen.
The [Setup SNMP Agent] screen appears.
The displayed items in the [Setup SNMP Agent] screen vary according to the current
SNMPD setting (SNMP v1 or SNMP v2c/v3) in the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system.
For SNMP v1, refer to

When using SNMP v1

Set basic interface for SNMP Agent
(1) Click the [Basic Interface] link on the left of the screen.
The basic interface setting screen appears.
(2) Select "Enable" for "SNMP Function" and then set the required items.
Select the LAN port that was set up in
for "LAN Port used for SNMP".

Set community
(1) Click the [Community Name] link on the left of the screen.
The community setting screen appears.
