Installing a hard disk drive

►

Open the casing (see

"Opening the casing", Page 31

).

Harddisk drive,

Take the new hard disk drive out of its packaging.

Slide the hard disk drive into the casing as far as it will go (1).

►

Fasten the drive in place with the screws (2).

►

Connect the cables (data cable, power supply) to the drive and to the fan.

►

Close the casing (see
