System expansion

Fujitsu Technology Solutions

►

Install the cold-plug cables on the drive cage.

►

Put the drive cage into position at its location (rear still slightly raised).

►

Slide the drive cage in the direction of the arrow and lower it at the same time.

►

Remove the screws from the screw storage area (2) and secure them (1).

►

Connect the power and data cables at the mainboard and/or the RAID controller.

►

Close the device (see section "Closing the device").

►

Install the device in the rack again (see section "Installing the device in the rack").
