2.2 Installing the Remote Keypad
To mount the Remote Keypad on an enclosure, follow the steps below.
Installation Procedures
Follow the steps below after completing the cabling work for the inverter. First, power off the inverter.
To install the Remote Keypad on an enclosure (see Figure 2.1):

Cut two square holes on the enclosure as shown in Figure 2.3.

Mount the Remote Keypad onto the enclosure.

Install the RS485 Communications Card on the inverter.

Insert the connector on one end of the Remote Operation Extension Cable or LAN cable into the
RJ-45 modular jack on the Remote Keypad.

Insert the connector on the other end of the cable into the RJ-45 modular jack on the RS485
Communications Card mounted on the FRENIC-Mini.
