Check the following before starting operation.

2. Wiring
1) Check of main board terminal block
2) Check of power board terminal block See Item 3.4
3) Check of grounding terminal
3. Piping
1) Check that a piping is filled with fluid.
2) Check that there is no problem when water stops or flows.
