Check the coolant level and purity.

If the coolant level is below the „min“ mark, top up the coolant.
Note!
Use only Original Fronius coolant (40,0009,0046) for filling the cooling
unit. We do not recommend other coolants, due to their electrical conductivity
and insufficient compatibility.

Check the return for dirt and clean if necessary

If available: Check water filter and flow monitor are functioning correctly, check for
dirt, and clean them or replace filter pipe

Dismantle machine side panels and clean inside of machine with dry reduced
compressed air.
Note!
Risk of damage to electronic components. Do not bring the air nozzle too
close to the electronic components.

If a lot of dust has accumulated, clean the water cooler as well.
Dispose of in accordance with the applicable national and local regulations.

Replace coolant
-
Dispose of used coolant properly.
Important!
Coolant must not be disposed of in the normal sewerage system!
