Spot welding
Spot welding
Note!
For spot welding, the welding torch must be equipped with the spot
welding attachment.
1.
Set welding parameters
2.
Preselect spot-welding time using the spot-welding adjuster
3.
Move operating mode selector switch to spot-welding position
4.
Place correctly equipped torch (fitted with spot-welding attachment) onto sheet
5.
Press and release the torch trigger
6.
Spot-welding starts
Important!
Press and release the torch trigger again to interrupt spot welding.
The settings have been correctly selected if the upper side of the spot displays slight
swelling, and it is visible on the underside of the spot-welded sections that they have
been welded through. In addition, ensure that the items to be spot-welded are complete-
ly flush, one on top of the other, and that there is no risk of impurities (varnish, rust).
