Connecting wirefeeder to power source
General remarks
Warning!
An electric shock can be fatal. If the machine is plugged into the
mains electricity supply during installation, there is a high risk of very serious
injury and damage. Only carry out work on the machine when
-
the mains switch is in the “O” position,
-
the machine is unplugged from the mains.

Move the mains switch to the “O”
position
2.
Remove the left side panel from the
power source
3.
Let the gas hose hang loose
4.
Place water hoses, control cable and
positive lead through the housing
bushing
5.
Plug the hosepack strain relief device
into the recess provided, pull back
and screw in place

Connect the interconnecting hose-
pack control plug (16-pin) the right
way round
7.
Screw the positive lead cable lug with
its screw and shim to the bolt
8.
Connect the water flow and return
hoses to the cooling unit connections,
matching the colours
9.
Fit the left side panel
