Air settings
Minimum ID fan speed in pellet operation
Lower operation point of the ID fan characteristic line in

Minimum primary air
The opening of the primary air flap is not lower than the set
value.
Minimum secondary air in heating
In “Heating” status, the opening of the secondary air flap is
not lower than the specified value.
Secondary air at door open during status Heating
If the insulated door of the boiler is opened in “Heating”
status, the secondary air flap is opened to the specified
value.
Primary air during slumber
In “Slumber” status, the primary air flap is opened to the
specified value.
Safety time for checking for air leaks
In “Heating” status, if the control of the secondary air flap
is “0%” and the current flue gas temperature is over
“100°C” the safety time starts. If the control of the
secondary air flap does not change within this set period of
time, a warning appears on the display.
ID fan during heating up
In “Heating up” status, the induced draught blower fan is
operated with the specified control.
ID fan during pre-heating
In “Pre-heating” status, the induced draught blower fan is
operated with the specified control.
ID fan during shutdown
In “Shutdown” status, the induced draught blower fan is
operated with the specified control.
ID fan during ignition
In “Ignition” status, the induced draught blower fan is
operated with the specified control.
Electrical room air flap on pellet module present
▪ NO: If the boiler is not in “Off” or “Boiler off” status, then
an output of 230 V will be provided at the “room air flap”
output on the “pellet module expansion” board. The
corresponding input “Digi IN S8” is not analysed.
▪ YES: If an electrical room air flap is used, it is supplied
with 230V via the “Room air flap” output on the “pellet
module expansion” board. The room air flap function is
monitored by the input, “Digi IN S8”.
Primary air opening at 0% signal for firewood
At 0% control of the primary air flap in firewood mode, the
primary air flap remains open by the specified value.
Primary air opening at 100% control
At 100% control of the primary air flap, this will open by the
maximum specified value.
Opening of primary air when boiler is off
The primary air flap is set to this value in the “Boiler off”,
“Standby” and “Fault” operating statuses.
